Shipping & Returns
From time to time we offer free shipping to UK Mainland customers on orders over a certain value. Free shipping appears as a delivery option once you have added sufficient value to your cart and entered a delivery address, if your delivery address is in the UK mainland you will be offered FREE shipping as one of the delivery options.
We aim to ensure all products are shipped as described and in excellent condition. If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive please contact us on 01384 485 550 or email@example.com.
We take every precaution to package our orders to ensure they withstand the rigours of transit, but occasionally materials can arrive damaged. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us by email in the first instance so that we can arrange for delivery back to us. We will replace or refund the goods as you request.
If the item(s) you have ordered are not exactly what you wanted, please return them to us within 7 days of receipt. Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs,these must be unopened. You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us. Any substitute goods should be ordered through the website as a new order in the usual way as we do not offer an exchange service.
Items must be returned to us at the customers expense unless otherwise agreed by Creativity.
